Stainless Steel Channels

The stainless steel channels are used for decoration, construction and electric appliances. The stainless steel chanels are made of 304, 201, 301L, 430 grade. The length of the chanels can vary from 2m to 12m. And the size of the stainless steel channels are 50x25x2mm-200x100x10mm. The channels are more strong than the normal stainless steel products, the channels can be used on where strength and corrosion resistance is required, including in chemical, acidic and water environments. It can be used in the outdoor envioments, the channels can resist the extreme heat and cold.

The stainless steel channels are not very expensive. The temperature resistance make sure it can be used in the extreme weather. It is a quite verstaile product. And it is easily machinable.

Thera are two types of the stainless steel channels, the u-channel and the c-channel. In generally, the parts of stainless-steel channel are called ‘body’ and ‘legs’. an extended body with short legs may be a ‘c’ channel, while a short body with long legs is named a ‘u’ channel.

C-channel has the shorter legs and thinner bodies, in this way it can resemble the ‘c’ shape. C channel are made of 304L, 316L steel. We provide laser fused non-tapered or hot rolled c channels, tapered.

The U-channel is sort of a square. The secrect to manufacturere the stainless steel channels is to make all of the portions symmetrical. The U-channel is extremely durable and really reliable. It can be made of 304L, 316L steel.
