3 LPE coating refers to the multi-layer coating, it has 3 layers in total. A high performance Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) primer, followed by a copolymer adhesive and an outer layer of polyethylene which provides tough, durable protection. Under the moderately high temperature the 3 LPE coating can offer the protection for the small and large diameters pipelines.

The standard length of the 3LPE coated seamless steel pipes is 5.6m, 5.8m, 6m, 11.6m, 12m or at any random length. 3LPE external coating can be applied from diameters 25 mm to 3000 mm with lengths of up to 12m.
