MALLEABLE IRON PIPE FITTINGS

Production process of Malleable iron pipe fittings, it is casting iron.

The first step is placing the melted iron into fixed mold to make the basic  shape.

The second step is to do malleablizing, the purpose is conversing carbon to temper carbon, which has better ductile.

The following steps are machining to do plain end, remove rust, galvanize and threading.

Then the fittings will be placing on anti-rusted oil, then doing packing.
