Manufacturing processes:

Firstly, the seamless tube undergoes acid washing so as to remove the iron oxides. Then, the product is washed in the aqueous solutions of ammonium chloride, or zinc chloride, or the mixed aqueous solution of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride. Finally, it is sent to the hot dipping tank to be galvanized.
